Damage Report

As communication lines are gradually being restored and feedback from the relief teams who were dispatched to the affected areas are coming in, PGCAG is able to get a clearer yet still partial picture of Super Typhoon Yolanda’s impact on our Districts. They are as follows (names and location of churches would be provided in a separate list):

EVDC

  • 6 Churches – Totally Damaged
  • 15 casualties

NWVDC

  • 18 Churches – Totally Damaged
  • 20 Churches – Partially Damaged

WVDC

  • 18 Churches – Totally Damaged
  • 13 Churches – Partially Damaged

CVLL

  • 4 Churches – Totally Damaged

NODC

  • 10 Churches – Totally Damaged

Our relief efforts are only the starting point, and the immediate response to the need.  Considering the extent of damage Super Typhoon Yolanda has left on her trail, our work has just begun and there is a long way to go.  PGCAG maintains to appeal for any help you could extend to our hurting brethren. Let us also uphold in prayers those who have been adversely affected by this calamity.
