Recently, we revised the renewal form for ordained ministers. Some questions relating to birthdate, birthplace, etc. have been omitted since our districts should have those info already. An important change pertains to personal and church givings. From now on it is the district that will provide that information rather than the applicant. However, we continue to use the old form for the new applicants.
